Strength is required physically, mentally, and spiritually. To manifest these, you must be ready to cut the excuses and take accountability for your own self. I, like you, have toiled in skeptical misinformation, been deceived by magazines, athletes, and "influencers." I have learned what "not to do." I will personally help you, step by step, achieve your goals. HOW IT WORKS

Figure out your TDEE
When you sign up, I'll work out your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) which tells me how many calories you require on a daily basis. This is based on factors including age, height, weight, gender, activity level and body fat percentage.

Calories and macros to fulfil your goals
I then design a meal plan based on whichever goal you choose: fat loss or muscle gain. The amount of calories you're in either a deficit or surplus will vary but is usually within 200-500 calories of your TDEE.
It's your personal preferences and goals that matter, but I recommend men focus on fat loss until they are down to 12% body fat and women is between 18-24%. These are realistic and achievable goals for everyone.

Meals and training that fit into your schedule
You can choose from 3-6 meals per day. Choose to have your program designed for the gym or home (including bodyweight only training). Only have limited time to train? You can choose from 3-6 days and how long you have available for each session, If you prefer less frequent meals, you can choose from 3-6 meals per day.

Have faith in the process.
1-2 days to complete your custom diet and workout program before I publish it to your EC3 app. I'm available 7 days a week to answer your questions, make changes as required and guide you through the process.

When you join my program "Project Narrative" you will shed fat, build muscle, with a fitness plan tailored to your individual goals, your level of fitness, and your experience.
Training should not be boring. Within Project: Narrative it never will be. My plans are designed to see you achieve maximum results while giving you the freedom to plan your training around your schedule.
The instructions are clear. I will tell you how many sets, repetitions to do. What exercises you need, that will include video instructions. These will make things as simple and easy to follow as possible.
Your plan will change and evolve each month. This gives you four weeks to learn, grow, acclimate, and train before switching up the routine.

CUSTOMIZED MEAL PLAN
Nutrition is eating for the body that you want. Not the body that you have.
What you put in to your body is essential to your progress. I want you to enjoy your program as much as possible. As a #Project you will get a 7-day meal plan, providing you options to make sure there is as much variety as possible. I can eat dry chicken and rice all day, but you will have the options to enjoy delicious food with a unique meal plan tailored just for you, your schedule, and your caloric needs.
Each meal will factor in your dislikes, allergies, dietary requirements and goals to make sure your personal meal plan meets your needs.
As you progress in your fitness journey, and your body makes rapid changes, so will your caloric needs. Your plan will update regularly to ensure you enjoy actually delicious food to keep you progressing toward your final goal.

We've all had obstacles to overcome. As a child, I grew up very ill. From surgical issues to being asthmatic, it was difficult to fight through these issues and remain competitive with those around me. I used it as an excuse at times, and allowed it to mentally hold me back from reaching my true potential. There was a day where I was bullied. Picked on. Simple child banter, but from that day forward I made a choice. I'd never allow myself to feel that shame again. I built myself from the ground up, dedicated every moment I had to becoming stronger physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Being my ABSOLUTE best became my priority, and it remains that to this day.
As a professional wrestler obstacles arise often that can make you neglect training and nutrition. You are tired, worn down, injured, exhausted. Drained physically and mentally. Heavily criticized and things are out of your control. To truly #ControlYourNarrative, you must fight everyday. Fight for yourself. Make your training and your purpose a priority. You must overcome every obstacle, regardless of the riggers any demanding lifestyle you may have. You must become and develop a #PsychoBoy (or #PsychoGirl) mentality.
This was my inspiration for creating plans that are 100% customizable to you. Some would say "clients" but I would say "projects." I derive true happiness from seeing people succeed, and if I am a small part of that success, it is truly my greatest honor. Watching those take back CONTROL of their lives, fighting for their FREEDOM, and finding PURPOSE is my inspiration.
